Pragmatics

PRAGMATICS: Quarterly Publication of the International Pragmatics Association (IPrA)

PRAGMATICS is a peer-reviewed publication. Reviewers are mainly, but not exclusively, members of the IPrA Consultation Board and members of the Editorial Board -- see About.

PRAGMATICS is not a commercial publication, but in order to cover the expenses of management and production, IPrA membership or a library subscription is required for access to current issues. After 12 months, articles are archived in open access on eLanguage.

Four issues are published every calendar year, due in March, June, September, and December. Every annual volume counts roughly 600 pp. ISSN: 1018-2101

PRAGMATICS is the successor to IPrA PAPERS in PRAGMATICS , edited from 1987 to 1990 by Alessandro Duranti & Bambi Schieffelin.
